To develop a realistic scope for a theoretical stage production of "Death of a Salesman", I developed this series of scheduling documents. These include a Work Breakdown Structure, Precedence Diagram/PERT Chart, and Gantt Chart.

The charts inform each other, with the PERT chart being informed by the WBS, and the Gantt chart being informed by the PERT chart, along with production deadlines and available work force.
